Country Lane Homes offers a large range of standard designs, but a key feature of Country Lane Homes is the company's flexibility and, as part of an initial design service, clients are asked to provide their 'wish list'. This includes all the appointments the home builder is looking for in a new home, plus details of the family, lifestyle and information about the size of the land, its aspect and surrounding environment.

Our designers, with these details in mind, incorporate them into a range of sketches using existing design plans, the aim being to create the best floorplan for the site and to suit the specific needs and requirements for you and your family.

When a suitable design has been decided on the plans are fully drafted to be submitted to Council for relevant permits.
